Job Description

  • Sales & Revenue: Achieve sales targets, drive volume, and manage distribution network expansion (distributors, retailers).
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, train, and manage field sales staff (Sales Officers, ASMs).
  • Operations: Monitor secondary sales, route efficiency, supply chain execution, and stock levels.
  • Strategy: Develop local sales strategies, analyze market trends, and implement schemes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and franchise partners.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and FSSAI norms (especially at procurement/plant levels).
