Job Description

  • Manage milk procurement operations across assigned villages and milk collection centers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly milk procurement targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dairy farmers, village societies, and milk vendors.
  • Supervise Field Supervisors and procurement staff.
  • Monitor milk quality, quantity, and collection efficiency.
  • Ensure timely transportation of milk to chilling centers/processing units.
  • Implement farmer engagement, extension, and awareness programs.
  • Analyze procurement data and prepare operational reports.
  • Handle procurement-related issues and coordinate with local stakeholders.
  • Support expansion of milk procurement networks in rural areas.
