Job Description

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical panel and switchgear segments
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients
  • Coordinate with clients for technical discussions and project requirements
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction

3. Tendering & Proposal Management

  • Prepare techno-commercial offers for LT/HT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, and Control Panels
  • Participate in government and private sector tenders
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and estimation teams for quotations

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
  • Support strategic planning for business expansion

5. Project Coordination

  • Liaise between sales, design, production, and execution teams
  • Ensure smooth execution from order booking to dispatch
