Job Description

    • Invoice Management: Prepare, generate, and send accurate invoices, purchase orders, and credit memos.
    • Account Management: Maintain customer billing records, update account info, and process incoming payments.
    • Payment Follow-up: Monitor outstanding balances and send reminders for overdue payments.
  • Reporting: Assist with financial reporting, month-end closing, and revenue summaries.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with sales, finance, and other teams for data accuracy and smooth processes.
