Job Description

  • Oversee operations: Lead the day-to-day operations of the boiler house to ensure maximum steam generation for factory or plant needs.
  • Lead and manage a team: Supervise, train, and mentor subordinate staff, including operators and maintenance technicians.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, conduct regular inspections, and troubleshoot/resolve technical issues with boiler systems.
  • Ensure safety and compliance: Enforce strict safety, health, and environmental policies, ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Manage resources: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget and coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and production activities.
  • Record keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance, repair activities, and operational data
