Scheme Implementation: Assisting in the implementation of state and national government schemes related to sugarcane development.
Supply & Logistics Management: Managing the distribution of "cane supply tickets" (parchi) and overseeing the orderly supply of sugarcane to mills.
Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular reports to higher officials regarding crop status, pest outbreaks, and production estimates.
Seed Management: Ensuring the availability and proper distribution of high-quality seeds to farmers.
