Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and test reports of all analyses and findings.
Compliance: Ensuring that all products and processes comply with local and international food safety standards and regulations (e.g., FSSAI, BIS, HACCP).
Equipment Maintenance: Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment regularly to ensure accurate test results.
