Job Description

  • Machine Setup and Operation: Load raw materials, set up tools, and run pre-programmed CNC machines (lathes, mills) to create parts.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Programming Adjustments: Input or edit code, manage tool offsets, and adjust speeds/feeds as needed to correct errors.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Clean, maintain machinery, and follow all safety protocols (PPE) to prevent accidents.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve,machine malfunctions or,programming issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain production logs and report,material shortages
