Job Description

  • Installation & Commissioning: Set up, calibrate, and test new CNC machines at customer sites.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures to minimize downtime.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance schedules, such as lubrication and calibration, to ensure peak performance.
  • Technical Support & Training: Provide on-site or remote support, train operators on proper machine usage, and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, log service activities, and update machine maintenance records.
  • Customer Relations: Act as a technical representative, resolving customer complaints and providing training to ensure satisfaction.
