Select and assign carriers based on cost, service level, and customer requirements
Create, monitor, and update shipment bookings in TMS/ERP systems
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company SOPs
Maintain accurate shipment documentation and records
Monitor carrier performance (OTIF, cost, claims, service issues)
Support continuous improvement and cost-optimization initiatives
