Job Description

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily procurement, manage chilling centers (MCCs/BMCs), monitor vehicle timings, and ensure milk collection targets are met.
  • Farmer Relations: Build & maintain strong relationships with milk producers, manage payments, and foster goodwill.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure milk meets quality standards (Fat/SNF) and adheres to company policies.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain: Coordinate with transporters, manage logistics, and ensure timely milk delivery.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify new suppliers, manage vendor performance, conduct cost analysis, and lead negotiations for value.
  • Expansion: Oversee the establishment and optimization of new collection centers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead procurement teams, manage budgets, and drive performance.
