Assist senior engineers in day-to-day operational activities
Learn and follow company processes, SOPs, and safety standards
Support documentation, reporting, and data entry
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Monitor equipment, materials, and operations under guidance
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for training evaluation
