Job Description

  1. Plan and manage daily dispatch operations
  2. Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods
  3. Verify invoices, challans, and shipping documents
  4. Coordinate with transporters and vendors
  5. Maintain inventory records and dispatch logs
  6. Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) system is followed
  7. Monitor vehicle movement and delivery timelines
  8. Handle dispatch-related discrepancies and reporting
