Job Description

  • Operate and monitor distillation columns and associated equipment.
  • Ensure production of ENA as per quality specifications.
  • Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and alcohol strength.
  • Troubleshoot process deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Maintain production records, logs, and shift reports.
  • Coordinate with fermentation, utility, and quality teams for smooth plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Optimize process efficiency, yield, and energy consumption.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance activities and plant shutdown/start-up operations.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and company safety standards.
