Job Description

  • Team Management: Supervise field staff, delegate tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor daily site activities, ensure adherence to project timelines, and manage equipment/materials.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies, local, state, and federal regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communication & Reporting: Serve as the liaison between field staff and management/clients, providing progress reports and addressing issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Address on-site conflicts, technical issues, or delays.
