Job Description

    • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee hiring, source candidates, conduct interviews, manage orientations, and manage offboarding.
    • Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and counsel employees.
    • Performance Management: Administer performance reviews, set goals, create development plans, and manage improvement plans.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Data & Records: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Strategy & Culture: Implement HR initiatives, support engagement, and contribute to a positive company culture.
