Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for warehouse and support staff
  • Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Manage contract employees, including coordination with vendors
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and HR dashboards
  • Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and employee queries
  • Support employee engagement and retention activities
  • Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning
