Compensation & Benefits: Oversee and manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring they are competitive and compliant.
Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and programs that drive high performance and employee development.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, plan, and monitor training programs (e.g., leadership, compliance, skills enhancement) to support employee growth and career development.
