Job Description

    • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Onboarding and Training: Develop, implement, and oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
      Compliance and Policies: Develop and maintain company policies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
      Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts, handling grievances, and improving morale.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, compensation structures, and employee benefits programs.
    • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on constructive feedback.
