Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Testing: Perform chemical and physical tests (pH, SNF, protein, fat) on raw milk, ingredients, and finished products.
  • Instrumentation: Operate and maintain lab equipment like HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometers, and Kjeldahl apparatus.
  • Process Monitoring: Check milk quality, analyze production samples, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all testing and procedures meet FSSAI, BIS, and internal quality standards.
  • Data & Records: Maintain accurate lab records, analyze data, and report findings.
  • R&D Support: Assist in developing new products and improving existing formulations.
  • Collaboration: Work with production, R&D, and quality teams.
