Job Description

  • Plan and manage daily dispatch operations as per production schedules
  • Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and deliveries
  • Ensure proper loading/unloading and adherence to safety standards
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records, invoices, e-way bills, and other logistics documentation
  • Track shipments and resolve delays or issues in transit
  • Optimize transportation costs and improve efficiency
  • Liaise with warehouse, production, and sales teams for smooth operations
  • Monitor transporter performance and negotiate freight rates when required
