Job Description

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (PM) of CNC and VMC machines
  • Handle machine breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime
  • Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Maintain and update maintenance records, checklists, and reports
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure machine availability and efficiency
  • Ensure proper functioning of tooling, fixtures, and auxiliary equipment
  • Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements for reliability and efficiency
  • Follow safety standards and maintenance best practices
