Job Description

  • Design & Modeling: Create detailed 2D/3D models, piping layouts, isometrics, and equipment layouts using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Analysis & Calculations: Perform piping stress analysis, flexibility calculations, and fluid flow simulations to ensure system integrity.
  • Documentation: Develop piping specifications, datasheets for valves/specialties, and prepare Material Take-Offs (MTO).
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs conform to industry codes and standards (ASME B31.1/B31.3, API, PED).
  • Coordination: Collaborate with process, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for equipment layout and P&ID development.
  • Field Support: Provide technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning, including inspection and troubleshooting
