Job Description

  1. Maintain accurate stock and inventory records daily.
  2. Prepare MIS reports for management and department heads.
  3. Handle inward and outward material entries in software/ERP.
  4. Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
  5. Maintain proper documentation of purchase and store transactions.
  6. Coordinate with production and purchase departments.
  7. Conduct physical stock verification regularly.
  8. Ensure proper storage and safety of materials.
  9. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  10. Manage store staff and allocate work responsibilities.
  11. Maintain records of damaged or expired materials.
  12. Ensure discipline and cleanliness in the store area.
