Maintain quality standards by checking consistency, texture, and temperature of the mix.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults to the Shift Officer or Maintenance team.
Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work area according to hygiene and safety protocols.
Record production data and batch details accurately in shift logs.
Assist in continuous process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
