Job Description

  • Operating and Monitoring Plant Equipment: Starting and stopping pumps, engines, and generators to control the flow of water and sewage through various treatment processes, including filtering, settling, and aeration.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Regularly cleaning and sterilizing tanks, filters, and interconnected pipes. Disconnecting and renewing or cleaning straining devices as needed.
  • Chemical Dosing: Performing regular dosing of chemicals (like chlorine) in the water systems to ensure proper sanitation.
  • System Operation: Operating and maintaining systems such as ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), RO (Reverse Osmosis) plants, and chilling/refrigeration units, as required by the facility.
  • Monitoring Gauges and Readings: Observing and recording temperature, pressure, and volume readings during all stages of operation to ensure compliance with process parameters.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving basic operational issues or mechanical problems with the plant equipment.
  • Compliance: Adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and plant safety protocols.
