Job Description

  • Production Scheduling: Creating and managing detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of various types of pipes (e.g., PVC, HDPE, steel).
  • Resource Optimization: Ensuring optimal utilization of raw materials, machinery (e.g., extrusion machines), and labor to minimize costs and maximize output.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to balance demand and supply effectively.
  • Coordination: Liaising with various departments, including procurement, quality control, sales, and logistics, to streamline operations and resolve any production issues.
  • Monitoring and Control: Tracking the progress of production activities, analyzing production data, and implementing control techniques to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the production process, often applying principles like lean manufacturing.
