Job Description

  • CIP System Operation: Operate automated CIP systems for tanks, lines, and equipment, including assembling/disassembling components.
  • Sanitation Management: Monitor chemical concentrations, flow rates, and temperatures to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Processing & Production: Manage daily operations of industrial machinery, including start-up/shutdown procedures and performance monitoring.
  • Quality & Inspection: Perform pre-operational checks, verify cleaning effectiveness (e.g., titration, ATP swabs), and collect samples.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Perform basic preventive maintenance on seals and gaskets, and adhere to safety regulations, including wearing required PPE.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning cycles,, chemical usage, and production logs for auditing.
