Monitor pasteurization, fermentation, mixing, and packaging processes.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the production area.
Check temperature, pressure, and processing parameters during production.
Ensure proper cleaning (CIP – Clean-in-Place) of equipment.
Assist in filling, sealing, and packaging of dahi and lassi products.
Report machine issues or production problems to supervisors.
Maintain production records and batch details.
