Job Description

    • Staff Management: 
      Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate production staff; provide coaching and resolve conflicts. 
       
  • Production Oversight: 
    Plan, schedule, and monitor production runs; assign tasks and prioritize work to meet targets. 
     
  • Quality & Safety: 
    Enforce quality standards and safety regulations (OSHA, etc.) to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality output. 
     
  • Process Improvement: 
    Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, implement cost reductions, and suggest upgrades to processes and equipment. 
     
  • Reporting: 
    Prepare shift summaries and performance reports for management, analyzing data to find efficiency gains. 
     
  • Coordination: 
    Liaise with other departments (maintenance, supply chain) and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
