Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the injection moulding department
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal utilization
  • Maintain production schedules to meet output targets
  • Ensure product quality as per company standards and specifications
  • Identify and troubleshoot process, machine, and mould-related issues
  • Manage and guide shop floor workers and machine operators
  • Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards
  • Maintain production reports, shift logs, and documentation
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
