Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
Prepare, review, and control QMS documentation (SOPs, manuals, procedures)
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
Identify process gaps and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Monitor quality KPIs and prepare MIS reports
Coordinate with cross-functional departments for compliance
Handle customer audits and regulatory inspections
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
