Job Description

    • Conduct inspections: 
      Examine raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to check for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. 
       
  • Perform tests and measurements: 
    Use tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers to measure products and test their functionality according to specifications. 
     
  • Monitor production: 
    Oversee the assembly or production process and recommend adjustments to prevent quality issues. 
     
  • Document findings: 
    Keep detailed records of inspections, tests, and measurements, and report any problems or non-conformances to senior management. 
     
  • Maintain equipment: 
    Ensure all measurement and testing equipment is properly calibrated and in good working order. 
     
  • Implement quality control: 
    Help develop and implement quality control processes and provide training to other team members. 
     
  • Analyze data: 
    Analyze quality data to identify trends, such as recurring defects, and help implement corrective actions.
