Process Improvement: Analyzing data to reduce variability and waste, optimizing production lines, and improving yields (Lean/Six Sigma).
Inspections and Audits: Conducting internal audits and overseeing inspection procedures for incoming, in-process, and finished goods.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with R&D, design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into new product development (NPI).
Supplier Quality Management: Auditing external vendors and ensuring raw materials meet company standards.
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Leading initiatives to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
Documentation: Preparing reports on quality metrics (KPIs) like scrap rates, rework levels, and PPM (parts per million).
