Documentation: Create, maintain, and review quality records, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Material Test Certificates (MTC), and punch lists.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with international codes and standards such as ASME B31.3, B31.1, ASME Section IX, and API 1104.
Testing: Supervise pre-commissioning activities, including hydro testing (pressure testing) and pneumatic tests.
Procedures & Materials: Verify welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and ensure proper material usage and traceability.
Defect Resolution: Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Coordination: Liaise with client inspectors, third-party surveyors, and subcontractors.
