Job Description

  • Testing & Inspection: Conduct dry film thickness (DFT), adhesion, and curing tests on lacquered surfaces.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor and adjust spraying parameters (pressure, flow rate, speed) to ensure uniform coating.
  • Lab Analysis: Test lacquer viscosity, raw material quality, and ensure proper mixing.
  • Documentation: Update daily quality check sheets and report non-conforming products.
  • Equipment Calibration: Calibrate quality instruments such as calipers and tape measures
