Job Description

  • Define Quality Standards: Establish, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for products or services.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Testing and Inspection: Oversee the testing and inspection of materials and products to identify defects or deviations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze production data, identify root causes of defects, and drive improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise the QA team, and manage performance.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and, in collaboration with other departments, implement preventive measures.
  • Reporting: Document, analyze, and distribute quality metrics and reports to management.
