Job Description

  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/annual targets for PLC, SCADA, and related industrial automation products.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, assigning territories, monitoring performance, and providing technical support.
