Job Description

  • Real-time Monitoring: Continuously monitor equipment status, data trends, and system alarms from a control room.
  • Operational Control: Adjust setpoints, start/stop equipment, and control processes remotely via SCADA software.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment or software malfunctions.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and operating procedures.
  • Coordination: Communicate with field technicians, engineers, and maintenance personnel to resolve issues.
  • Reporting: Document system events, performance data, and maintenance actions
