Job Description

  • Ensure product quality in plastic injection moulding processes
  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
  • Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections
  • Handle customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Perform root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.
  • Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
  • Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
