Job Description

    • Customer Interaction: 
      Greet customers, listen to concerns, and build rapport; act as the first point of contact.
  • Vehicle Assessment: 
    Perform initial visual inspections, test drives, and document customer complaints accurately on work orders.
  • Technical Liaison: 
    Communicate customer needs to mechanics and translate technical jargon into understandable terms for the customer.
  • Estimates & Approvals: 
    Provide detailed cost and time estimates for labor and parts, and get customer approval for work.
  • Scheduling & Workflow: 
    Schedule service appointments and oversee the smooth flow of work through the service department.
  • Customer Updates: 
    Keep customers informed about repair progress and delays.
  • Explanation of Services: 
    Clearly explain completed work, charges, warranty information, and offer advice on vehicle care.
  • Complaint Resolution: 
    Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with the service outcome.
  • Administrative Tasks: 
    Update customer records, verify insurance, and process payments.
