Job Description

  • Customer Service & Intake: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and conduct initial vehicle assessments.
  • Documentation & Workflow: Open, update, and close repair orders (ROs) in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Technician Liaison: Translate customer concerns into actionable repair instructions for technicians.
  • Estimating & Authorization: Prepare detailed cost estimates for parts and labor and obtain customer approval before starting work.
  • Communication: Keep customers informed about repair status, delays, or additional necessary repairs.
  • Upselling & Value Addition: Recommend preventative maintenance, service packages, and additional needed repairs to increase revenue.
  • Quality Control & Delivery: Verify that all repairs were completed, conduct final quality checks, and handle invoicing and payment.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints diplomatically to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
