Job Description

    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage customer service representatives, technicians, or support staff.
    • Customer Relations: Act as a liaison, handle complex escalations, build strong client relationships, and implement feedback for improvement.
    • Operations Management: Oversee daily service desk/department operations, set standards, monitor KPIs (response time, resolution), and manage budgets.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement service policies, best practices, and problem-solving strategies, often using data to drive efficiency.
  • Reporting: Analyze performance data and report department activities and results to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and IT teams to enhance the overall customer experience
