Job Description

  1. Supervise dairy production shifts.
  2. Manage milk, curd, and buttermilk processing.
  3. Ensure production targets are achieved.
  4. Monitor manpower and machine utilization.
  5. Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  6. Handle shift reports and records.
  7. Coordinate with maintenance and QA teams.
  8. Monitor packaging operations.
  9. Reduce downtime and wastage.
  10. Train operators and workers.
