Staff Management: Supervise, train, and guide shift staff, ensuring they follow procedures and safety protocols.
Production Supervision: Oversee all activities during the shift, from raw material handling to the final product, to meet production targets.
Quality and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and sanitation standards, including monitoring the effectiveness of cleaning processes (CIP) and minimizing product loss.
Process Monitoring: Monitor and control production process parameters, make adjustments as needed, and maintain production schedules.
Reporting and Administration: Maintain detailed shift reports and logs. Verify daily reports, including those related to material balancing and milk solids loss.
Coordination: Collaborate with other departments like Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure smooth operations and effective raw material and supply management.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues that arise during the shift.
