Job Description

    • Operations Management: Supervise all activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth workflow.
    • Team Leadership: Motivate, train, guide, and manage staff performance, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
    • Quality & Safety: Maintain high quality standards, enforce safety protocols (SOPs), and ensure a clean work environment.
  • Production/Service Targets: Ensure output goals are met, coordinate with maintenance/other departments, and manage machinery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit shift reports, document issues, and ensure proper handovers to the next shift supervisor.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, or equipment breakdowns promptly.
