Job Description

Location: Siwan Meerganj (Bihar)

    • Oversee all shift activities, monitor production flow, and meet daily targets. 
       
       
    • Allocate manpower and tasks effectively. 
       
       
    • Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance. 
       
       
    • Ensure availability of raw materials and consumables 
       
       
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and company policies. 
     
     
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure product standards are met. 
     
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area. 
     
     
  • Lead, guide, and motivate shift operators and staff. 
     
     
  • Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback.
     
     
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain discipline. 
     
     
  • Liaise with other departments (Maintenance, QC, Stores, PPC). 
     
     
  • Handle troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalate major problems. 
     
  • Prepare and submit accurate shift reports, logs, and data to management. 
     
     
    Ensure proper shift handover documentation.
