Job Description

  • Process management: Oversee and optimize daily operations of injection molding machines to meet production targets, improve efficiency, and reduce cycle times.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
  • Quality assurance: Implement quality standards, monitor product quality, and conduct process and product audits.
  • Process development: Design and implement injection molding processes for new and existing products, conduct trials, and perform validation studies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with design, development, and manufacturing teams to ensure parts are designed for manufacturability and to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
  • Team leadership: Guide, train, and lead operators to achieve production goals and maintain high standards.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and reports
