Job Description

  • Recruitment and staffing:
    • Coordinate hiring for both site and office staff.
    • Conduct initial screening and scheduling of interviews.
    • Manage job postings and candidate sourcing.
  • Onboarding and employee relations:
    • Oversee the induction and orientation process for new hires.
    • Manage employee attendance, leave, and shift scheduling.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Compliance and administration:
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, such as the Factories Act and Payment of Wages Act.
    • Maintain and validate daily attendance records for payroll processing.
    • Handle and maintain confidential employee records.
  • Performance and development:
    • Support the performance appraisal process and manage employee evaluations.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of training programs.
  • Strategy and leadership:
    • Provide guidance to management on HR matters and policies.
    • Delegate tasks and monitor the performance of the HR team.
    • Contribute to the development of policies that foster a productive work environment.
