Job Description

  • Staff Management: Supervising, training, and coaching a team of associates; managing work schedules and delegating tasks; monitoring performance and providing feedback.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service are met, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and fostering a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Control: Overseeing inventory management, tracking stock levels, coordinating product orders and receiving shipments, and ensuring proper rotation of merchandise.
  • Store Operations: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well-maintained; implementing and enforcing safety and security measures.
  • Sales and Finance: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, managing cash handling procedures, and assisting with the implementation of promotional activities to drive sales.
